Origin Collectives delivers within South Africa.

We offer free standard shipping, as well as an express shipping option where available.

Orders are processed on the next working day after they are placed, with orders processed from 1:00 PM.

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
