This Pricing Structure & Payments Policy explains how prices, payments, promotions and related charges are handled when shopping with Origin Collectives through our website.

1. Product Pricing

All product prices displayed on the Origin Collectives website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

The price displayed for a product at the time you place your order is the price applicable to that order, subject to any obvious pricing errors.

Prices may change from time to time due to promotions, supplier pricing, stock availability or other business considerations. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and paid for.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Origin Collectives.

5. Failed, Reversed or Unauthorised Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, cancelled or identified as unauthorised or potentially fraudulent, Origin Collectives may delay, cancel or suspend the relevant order.

6. Pricing Errors

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that product information and prices are accurate, an occasional pricing or listing error may occur.

If an item has been advertised at an obviously incorrect price, Origin Collectives reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled because of a pricing error, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed back through the original payment method where possible.
